Ingredients

Crispy Battered Fish Fillets
Small Soft Tortillas
1 cup 
Sour Cream

Chili Pepper
Coriander

Method

  1. Cook fish as per package instructions.
  2. Mix chopped mango, avocado and feta cheese. Add spring onion, chopped chili pepper and coriander. Press some juice from lime and ad a little bit of salt.
  3. Heat the tortilla bread and add some mango salsa.
  4. Split the fish fillet into 4 pieces, add 2 pieces in each taco.

Serving tip

Top Tip: Top with sour cream.
