Ingredients

Method

  1. Cook the rice and prepare the fish according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Peel and chop garlic. Mix it with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and chopped chili. Wash the vegetables, the coriander and the lime. Peel and shred carrots. Shred also cucumber and lettuce. Put them in different bowls. Prepare the soybeans according to the packaging instructions. Chop peanuts and coriander, cut the crumbed fish into small pieces.
  3. Start by putting rice in a bowl and putting various piles on the rice of the shredded vegetables, peanuts, coriander and fish. Stir the soy dressing and pour it over the ingredients in the bowl. Serve with a piece of lime.
