Method
- Wash and chop the vegetables as described and toss together with the oil or melted butter in a bowl. Lay out on an ovenproof tray and season with a little salt and pepper.
- Lay the fish fillets on top of the vegetables and bake all together in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Serving tip
Top Tip: Serve with freshly baked bread and a wedge of lemon or lime.
