Method
- Prepare fish as per package instructions.
- Wash the vegetables and herbs. Shred the Cucumber and the Carrots. Peel the avocado and chop it in cubes.
Wash the lime and divide it. Chop the herb leaves. - Soak the rice paper in cold water until its flexible, one at a time). Fill it with salad, vegetables and a fish finger. Roll up and serve together with a slice of lime, some parsley or coriander and teriyaki sauce.
