Method

  1. Prepare fish as per package instructions.
  2. Wash the vegetables and herbs. Shred the Cucumber and the Carrots. Peel the avocado and chop it in cubes.
    Wash the lime and divide it. Chop the herb leaves.
  3. Soak the rice paper in cold water until its flexible, one at a time). Fill it with salad, vegetables and a fish finger. Roll up and serve together with a slice of lime, some parsley or coriander and teriyaki sauce.
