Ingredients

salad tomatoes, sliced
Fresh salad leaves

of your favourite toasted bread

thin slices of red onion
Salt and pepper

of spicy tomato salsa

of tartar sauce

Method

  1. Prepare the fish fingers in a hot oven as per the instructions found on the pack.
  2. Slice the ingredients as instructed and build your sandwich in layers. Start with a layer of tomato salsa, then salad leaves, sliced tomato and onions.
  3. Lay your freshly cooked fish fingers on top of the salad and top with a generous dollop of tartar sauce. Season with salt and pepper then close your sandwich with a slice of toasted bread.
  4. Slice the sandwich in half with a sharp knife and enjoy!

Serving tip

Top Tip: Serve with a wedge of lemon or lime.
