Best results when cooked from frozen. Servings per pack: 3.5.
- Pre-heat the oven with baking tray (top part of the oven) at 230°C (Fan 210°C).
- Remove the packaging and put the frozen product onto the baking tray and bake for 12-14min.
- Turn over halfway through cooking. Cook until crisp and golden.
Put the deep frozen product in a pan with hot oil. Fry the fish fingers at moderate heat 5-8min. Turn fish fingers several times.
Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. These instructions are guidelines only. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
