2 Lightly Dusted Fish Fillets with Parsley

Our lightly dusted fish contains two fine fish portion fillets in a light flour coating, classically refined with parsley.

Preparation

Best results when cooked from frozen.


PAN:

  1. Pre-heat rapeseed oil in a pan, add the still frozen fish fillets.
  2. Fry at medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turn several times. The fillets are ready when they are crispy and have a golden colour.

Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. These instructions are guidelines only. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.

Storage Instructions

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
