Our lightly dusted fish contains two fine fish portion fillets in a light flour coating, refined with rosemary and lemon.
Best results when cooked from frozen.
- Pre-heat rapeseed oil in a pan, add the still frozen fish fillets.
- Fry at medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turn several times. The fillets are ready when they are crispy and have a golden colour.
Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. These instructions are guidelines only. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
