Preparation
OVEN:
Put the baking tray on the top rail and preheat the oven at 450°F. Put the baking paper onto the baking tray. Put the fish sticks onto the baking tray and bake them for 15-17 minutes. Turn the fish sticks once after 10 minutes.FRYING PAN:
Put the deep frozen fish in a pan with hot oil. Fry at medium heat 5-8 minutes. Turn fish over several times.
AIR FRYER:
Preheat air fryer and cook for 5 minutes at 356°F.
Please ensure food is cooked thoroughly until piping hot throughout before serving.
