12-15 Captain Findus Fish Sticks
4 thin slices of red onion 
Fresh salad leaves 
8 salad tomatoes, sliced 
8 slices of your favorite toasted bread 
8 slices of your favorite toasted bread[Edit text here]
4 tbsp of spicy tomato salsa 
4-8 tbsp of tartar sauce 
Salt and pepper 


  1. Lay your freshly cooked fishsticks on top of the salad and top with a generous dollop of tartar sauce.  Season with salt and pepper then close your sandwich with a slice of toasted bread.
  2. Slice the sandwich in half with a sharp knife and enjoy!
  3. Prepare the fishsticks in a hot oven as per the instructions found on the pack.
  4. Slice the ingredients as instructed and build your sandwich in layers.  Start with a layer of tomato salsa, then salad leaves, sliced tomato and onions.  

Serving tip

Top Tip: Serve with a wedge of lemon or lime.
