Ingredients

Curly kale (chopped)

Romanesco cabbage florets

Olive oil or melted butter
Salt and Pepper 

Method

  1. Lay the fish fillets on top of the vegetables and bake all together in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  2. Wash and chop the vegetables as described and toss together with the oil or melted butter in a bowl.  Lay out on an ovenproof tray and season generously with salt and pepper.

Serving tip

Top Tip: Serve with freshly baked bread and a wedge of lemon or lime.
