Meanwhile, prepare the fish in a microwave oven as per the instructions found on the pack.
Finely slice the beetroot and Savoy cabbage and chop the broccoli florets from the stalk.
Heat up the butter or oil in a wide, shallow frying pan and add the vegetables. Cook for approximately 7 minutes, turning regularly, and season with salt and pepper.
Divide the vegetables between two dinner plates, top with cod and season to your taste. Serve immediately.
Top Tip: tastes great with freshly baked bread, dip the bread into the chive and herb butter for a delicious flavor hit.
