Prepare fish as per package instructions.
Prepare all the vegetables and divide the lime.
Mix avocado with cream and add a little salt and pepper.
Mix the corn with sriracha mayo sauce. Taste off with a little salt and adjust the strength with srirasha mayo sauce.
Place the tortilla breads and fill them with the vegetables and two fish sticks. Fold up and put them together with a chunk of lime and some green (parsley / coriander / pea sprouts).
