Olive oil or melted butter
Roasted seeds (pumpkin, sunflower & sesame)

- Finely slice the beetroot and chop the Brussels sprouts in half. If you couldn’t find ready roasted seeds, you can toast them in a frying pan on the hob.
- Heat up the butter or oil in a wide, shallow frying pan and add the vegetables. Cook for approximately 7 minutes, turning regularly.
- Meanwhile, prepare the fish in a microwave oven as per the instructions found on the pack.[Edit text here]
- Divide the vegetables between two dinner plates, top with cod and season to your taste. Serve immediately.
Top Tip: tastes great with freshly baked bread, dip the bread into the lemon and parsley sauce for a delicious flavor hit.
