Fish Sticks are a favorite dish for both kids and adults. Our crispy fish sticks are no exception. We have fished with care, cleaned all fillets and then breaded them with bread crumbs from our specially baked bread. Our fish sticks create a perfect family meal. Empty plates guaranteed!
OVEN:Put the baking tray on the top rail and preheat the oven at 450°F. Put the baking paper onto the baking tray. Put the fish sticks onto the baking tray and bake them for 15-17 minutes. Turn the fish sticks once after 10 minutes.
Put the deep frozen fish in a pan with hot oil. Fry at medium heat 5-8 minutes. Turn fish over several times.
Preheat air fryer and cook for 5 minutes at 356°F.
Please ensure food is cooked thoroughly until piping hot throughout before serving.
