Ingredients

1 package 
English Style Battered Fish fillets
Red Pepper
Cilantro
Boston Lettuce
Fish Taco Sauce

Method

  1. Fish Taco Sauce:

    •  ½ cup of mayonnaise
    •  ½ cup of sour cream
    •  1 medium lime, juiced
    •  1 tbsp. capers, chopped
    •  ½ tsp cumin
    •  ½ tsp dry oregano
    •  ½ tsp dry dill
    •  ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

    Blend Fish Taco Sauce ingredients and season to taste.

  2. Cook fish as per package instructions.

  3. Place fish on washed Boston Bib lettuce leaves and drizzle with Fish Taco Sauce.

  4. Garnish with red peppers, cilantro and lime wedge (optional).
