Method

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Prepare cod according to package directions. Let cool slightly; cut into chunks. Drizzle with sauce.

  2. Toss coleslaw blend with dressing; add mango, red pepper and green onions, tossing to coat well.

  3. Divide mango slaw among tortillas and top with cod. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.  

Serving tip

Add a seeded and diced jalapeño pepper to the coleslaw for a touch of spice.
