Ingredients

Method

  1. Prepare the fish according to the cooking instructions.

  2. Cut Mango, Avocado, Shallot and Feta into pieces. Finely chop Chili and coriander. Season to taste with lime juice and salt. 
  3. Add mango salsa into heated tortilla.  
     
  4. Cut each fish into four pieces and add two per tortilla. 
Serving tip

Top off with a little bit of crème fraîche.
