Method

  1. Preheat the Oven to 225°C / 435°F 
  2. But the potatoes and place them in an oven-proof baking dish.  
  3. Let them cook for about 40 minutes, add the frozen fish after 20 minutes onto the potatoes.
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the finely chopped onion. Let cook for a few minutes.  
  5. Add the peas and slightly mash with a fork once they are heated up.
  6. Serve the fish with the potatoes, peas and ketchup.
