Cod Club Wrap

This quick and easy weeknight dinner pairs perfectly with golden thick-cut fries and a crisp green salad.

Ingredients

1 package 
English Style Battered COD Fillets (4 fillets)
4 
large whole wheat tortillas
1/3 cup 
prepared tartar sauce
1 
tomato, thinly sliced
4 
slices 
aged Cheddar cheese
1 cup 
shredded iceberg lettuce
6 
slices 
thick-cut bacon, cooked and halved

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Prepare cod according to package directions. Let cool slightly.

  2. Lay tortillas on work surface. Spread tartar sauce down along center; layer tomato slices, lettuce, cheese and bacon over top.

  3. Top with cod fillets. Fold up bottom of tortilla over fish, then fold in sides to enclose filling, leaving top open.

Serving tip

Spice it up by replacing tartar sauce with chipotle mayo.
