This quick and easy weeknight dinner pairs perfectly with golden thick-cut fries and a crisp green salad.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Prepare cod according to package directions. Let cool slightly.
Lay tortillas on work surface. Spread tartar sauce down along center; layer tomato slices, lettuce, cheese and bacon over top.
Top with cod fillets. Fold up bottom of tortilla over fish, then fold in sides to enclose filling, leaving top open.
Spice it up by replacing tartar sauce with chipotle mayo.
