- Prepare fish as per package instructions.
- Prepare all the vegetables and divide the lime.
- Mix avocado with cream and add a little salt and pepper.
- Mix the corn with sriracha mayo sauce. Taste off with a little salt and adjust the strength with sriracha mayo sauce.
- Place the tortilla breads and fill them with the vegetables and two fish sticks. Fold up and put them together with a chunk of lime and some green (parsley / coriander / pea sprouts).
